PRINT TO ORDER NOTICE

All of our products are printed fresh to order and made 
specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept 
returns or exchanges for reasons other than delivery 
damage or a defective product. Please review your order 
carefully before completing your purchase.


DELIVERY GUARANTEE

If your item arrives damaged or broken due to shipping 
we will replace it at no cost to you. You must contact 
us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the following:

* A clear photo of the damaged item
* A clear photo of the packaging it arrived in
* Your order number

Claims submitted after 48 hours or without the required 
photos may not qualify for a replacement. Read our full

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your 
item is defective, damaged, or incorrect please contact 
us immediately so we can make it right.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Because all of our products are custom printed to order 
the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

* Printed to order figures and collectibles
* Personalized or custom items
* Sale items
* Gift cards


REFUNDS

If your replacement or refund is approved we will notify 
you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your 
original payment method within 10 business days. Please 
allow additional time for your bank or credit card company 
to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since 
your refund was approved and you have not received it 
please contact us at claims@unclejojos.store


EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS

If your order is being shipped into the European Union 
you have the right to cancel or return your order within 
14 days for any reason and without justification. Your 
item must be in the same condition you received it and 
in its original packaging. You will also need your 
receipt or proof of purchase.
