Every figure that leaves Uncle JoJo's Store is hand-finished, carefully inspected, and packed with care before it ships. We stand behind every order we send out and want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
Delivery Guarantee
We offer a Delivery Guarantee on every order. If your item arrives damaged or broken as a result of shipping, we will replace it at no charge to you.
How To File a Claim
To qualify for a replacement under our Delivery Guarantee you must do the following:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide a clear photo of the damaged item
- Provide a clear photo of the packaging it arrived in
- Include your order number in your message
Once we receive and review your photos we will approve your replacement and get it printed and shipped to you as quickly as possible. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery or without the required photos may not be eligible for a replacement.
How To Start A Claim
Email us at claims@unclejojos.store or visit our Submit a Claim page. Please include your order number and photos and all other required information so we can get you taken care of quickly.
What Is Not Covered
Our Delivery Guarantee does not cover damage that occurs after the item has been delivered. The following are not covered under any circumstances:
- Dropping or impact damage after delivery
- Bending, forcing, or snapping parts
- Exposure to heat, direct sunlight, or extreme temperatures
- Water or liquid damage
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Damage caused by rough handling or play beyond normal display use
- Any modifications made to the product after delivery
- Lost packages due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
Understanding 3D Printed Products
Our figures are hand-crafted 3D printed items, not mass produced injection molded plastic toys. Each one is printed layer by layer, hand-assembled, and inspected before it ships. This process creates beautiful and unique collectibles but they do require proper care.
Please keep the following in mind to get the best life out of your figure:
- Handle with care and avoid dropping
- Keep out of direct sunlight for extended periods to preserve color
- Do not expose to high heat such as car dashboards in summer
- Keep away from water and liquids
- Display on a stable flat surface away from edges
- Not recommended for children under 3 years of age due to small parts
With proper care your Uncle JoJo's figure will last for many years as a display piece or collectible.
Print To Order Notice
All of our products are printed fresh to order. This means your item is made specifically for you after you place your order. Because of this we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than delivery damage. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
