If your item arrived damaged or broken due to shipping, please fill out the form below and we will get a replacement printed and shipped to you as quickly as possible.

Before You Submit

Please read the following before filling out your claim:

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
You must include a photo of the damaged item
You must include a photo of the packaging it arrived in
You must have your order number ready
Claims submitted without photos will not be processed

What Happens After You Submit

We will review your photos within 1 to 2 business days
If your claim is approved we will contact you by email to confirm your replacement
Your replacement will be printed fresh and shipped to you at no cost
Please do not ship anything back to us unless we specifically ask you to

What Is Not Covered

Please note that the following are not covered under our Delivery Guarantee:

Damage that occurred after delivery
Dropping or impact damage
Bending or forcing parts
Exposure to heat or direct sunlight
Water or liquid damage
Normal wear and tear
