PRINT TO ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All of our products are printed fresh to order just for 
you. Because of this please allow 3 to 5 business days 
for your order to be printed, assembled, and inspected 
before it ships.

We do not keep pre-made inventory. Every figure, 
keychain, and product is made specifically for your 
order after you place it.

SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number 
by email. Estimated delivery times after shipping:

United States:
Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1 to 3 business days

International:
Standard International: 7 to 21 business days
Delivery times vary by country and customs processing

Please note that shipping times are estimates only and 
are not guaranteed. Uncle JoJo's Store is not responsible 
for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your 
location and order size. You will receive tracking 
information once your order is handed to the carrier.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation 
email with your tracking number. You can use this to 
follow your package until it arrives.

FREE SHIPPING

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Check 
our website or sign up for our newsletter to stay 
updated on current offers.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Uncle JoJo's Store is not responsible for packages that 
are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by 
the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you 
have not received it please contact your local carrier 
first, then reach out to us at support@unclejojos.store 
and we will do our best to help.

WRONG ADDRESS

Please double check your shipping address before 
completing your order. Uncle JoJo's Store is not 
responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address 
provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your 
address please contact us immediately at 
support@unclejojos.store before your order ships.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND CUSTOMS

International customers are responsible for any customs 
fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. 
These fees are not included in our product or shipping 
prices and are beyond our control.
